Digital products need clear terms before delivery.
For website packages, designs, software, templates, training and other digital goods.
Important: FIXPRO does not currently collect, hold, split or refund payment for digital products. Do not claim an escrow service or assume that FIXPRO holds money. Report pressure, impersonation or suspicious activity through the Support Centre.
Buy safely
- Agree the exact files or service, licence, revisions, delivery date and support period in writing.
- Confirm the seller identity and retain a record of the agreed price and scope.
- Never share passwords, bank PINs, card information, one-time codes or identity documents.
- Do not make a decision because of urgency, threats, screenshots or promises of guaranteed returns.
- Keep receipts and test files safely before using them.
Sell honestly
- State the deliverable, exclusions, licence rights, revision limit and delivery time plainly.
- Sell only material you own or are licensed to distribute.
- Never sell pirated software, stolen accounts, fake documents or illegal services.
- Never ask a buyer for passwords, banking data or one-time codes.
- Do not claim FIXPRO verification, escrow or payment protection that is not live.
Use a simple trade record
Record the product, price, currency, buyer and seller, licence, delivery date, revision rule and support contact. If the agreement cannot be stated clearly, pause the trade.
